Many Great Memories of Carmine's, as that cherished deli makes the finest & tastiest meatball sub in all of Quincy, if not the entire South Shore (a 12-13 on a scale of 1-10, such is the unmatched sheer deliciousness of Carmine's awesomely flavored & famed meatball sub!)! The pizza made within is also top notch, first rate & amongst the most delicious, prepared & cooked to perfection as it always is Carmine, the owner, has always poured his heart & soul into his place, & it truly shows. I was always a fervent fan of his chicken parm as well, which was also amongst the best & most succulent that I ever had the pleasure of devouring (a solid 10, perhaps an 11 on that proverbial 1-10 scale!)! Give Carmine's Cafe a visit, as you won't be disappointed, just the opposite

Small place but the food was great, and Carmine was very nice and accommodating of my mom’s substitution requests it’s cash only but they have an ATM!

First of all, I don’t know how it took me this long to review Carmines after years of coming here. This place is an absolute gem. The food here is absolutely incredible and this location has probably the best Italian sub in the whole universe. Just make sure you get it with the cucumber relish and toasted, and you will not be disappointed. Customer service is absolutely on point and you know you’re going to get something good to eat when the man who owns the place is working in the kitchen every day.

Carmine's is the spot. The location is incredible, the neighborhood is beautiful, well kept, and friendly, like the service here. The gentleman inside is very sweet and accommodating and the food is always worth going back for. Hope to visit again some day!
